Sakib Chowdhury was a PhD student in the Department of Electrical
Engineering at the Pennsylvania State University under the supervision
of Dr. Mohsen Kavehrad. He was a researcher of Center for Information
and Communications Technology Research (CICTR) and also a IEEE student
member. He obtained his BSc degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from
Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology in 2007. He worked for
three years in telecommunications industry upon his graduation. His research
interests include wireless indoor optical communications as well as radio
frequency based communications in next-generation mobile networks.
